The Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) is in search of a Respondent to evaluate and document the job demands associated with various occupations or tasks within organizations. This role involves assessing the physical, cognitive, and psychosocial demands of a position, and comparing these demands to the work abilities of injured workers as determined by healthcare providers. Additionally, the Respondent will develop pre-built modified work programs tailored to specific injury areas, which employers can use as a basis for offering modified work. The position requires travel to various worksites across Saskatchewan.
