The City of Regina (the City) seeks Proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP) from professional engineering firms to complete renewal of small diameter asbestos cement (AC) watermains using a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) directional drilling construction method. The scope of work will include but is not limited to preliminary design, final design, preparation of solicitation documents, contract management, project management, and construction inspection for the 2020 construction season. The scope of work may be expanded for the 2021 construction season at the discretion of the City of Regina.
