The City of Lloydminster (City) is accepting submissions from qualified Vendors to provide engineering design and construction management services for the Concrete Intersection Construction (44 Street and 62 Avenue) project. The program will involve design review and adjustment, tender document preparation and administration including technical specification review, creation, and adjustment as necessary, contract document preparation and administration, construction management, construction inspection, supervision, and layout, as well as all other related tasks deemed necessary to complete the engineering design and construction management services on behalf of the City.

The main objective of this program is to successfully rehabilitate the water mains, sanitary sewer mains, storm sewer mains, and the associated concrete stop block and intersection block surface works construction within the intersection of 44 street and 62 Avenue. The successful Vendor will be required to complete all necessary tasks associated with providing engineering design and construction management services on behalf of the City.
