The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to replace the boiler, pumps, gas fired blower coils and related equipment at St. Josaphat - 140 Greenwood Cres School, Regina, Sask. 

The work shall include all labour and materials necessary to complete the work as described. Bidders to act as General Contractors providing supervision and coordination for all required sub trade contractors.

Work is expeceted to commence on or around June 1, 2026, and must be complete by August 25, 2026 prior to start of next school year. 
 

A mandatory site visit for bidders will take place on the 20th day of November 2025 at 11:00am at St. Josaphat - 140 Greenwood Cres School, Regina, Sask.

Meet at the front doors for contractor sign in. 

Bidders who attended the mandatory site visit may make arrangements with Regina Catholic Schools to make subsequent visits to the site.

No allowance shall be made for claims arising from failure to make such investigations.
