SITE MEETING
A mandatory site meeting has been scheduled September 29, 2021 @ 10:00 am – RUH Main Floor Parking and Security Office (West end of Main Mall). All Bidders are required to attend the site meeting in order to familiarize themselves with the work site and the true extent of the work. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids.
All Bidders are required to pre-register for the mandatory meeting to ensure the safety of all Bidders. Time registrations to be submitted to SHA Procurement Representative by 3:00pm, September 27, 2021.
A maximum of two people per Design/ Build Contractor are allowed to attend; names of both bidding attendees must be registered prior to the site meeting.
All bidders are required to wear face coverings which meet the Health Canada requirements during the site meeting.
