This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision Prime Design Consultancy services for the design, development, and execution of two (2) new the Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CÉF) schools in Prince Albert and Saskatoon (“the Project”) as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

The successful Proponent will be responsible for Prime Design Consultancy services for the Project. The Projects will be a collaborative effort between The Ministry of Education (ED), SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP) and CÉF, collectively known as “the Owners”.
