This Request for Quote (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by SaskTel to prospective Suppliers to submit

proposals for the provision of an HP PageWide XL4100 printer(s) as further described below

(the “Deliverables”):

SaskTel is seeking to obtain one (1) or two (2) HP PageWide XL4100 printer(s) to be delivered by March 22, 2019.  This project will include delivery, set-up for Network and Windows, training, testing and maintenance and support for a minimum of three years.  All maintenance and consumables, such as ink, paper, etc. will be required as well as potential recovery/removal of existing equipment.

Mandatory Requirements:

Response Time for Service MUST be within three (3) days.

Response Time for Repairs MUST be within five (5) days.

Delivery to SaskTel premise(s) MUST be by March 22, 2019.

Suppliers interested in participating in this opportunity must do so via SaskTel’s e-Sourcing tool with Ariba.

Suppliers not yet registered with SaskTel’s Ariba domain, must first complete the Self Registration process by clicking on the link provided below.  Suppliers not registered and approved with SaskTel’s Ariba e-sourcing tool, will not be able to participate in this opportunity.
