This RFP intends to provide the City of Lloydminster and regional partners with a Consultant who can develop a Regional Emergency Management Plan.

The City of Lloydminster (“City”), in partnership with nine (9) surrounding municipalities, is looking to create a Regional Emergency Management Plan (REMP) that serves the needs of the region for a holistic and encompassing emergency management program.
