Sealed bids, marked “Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies - Saskatoon Campus and Nursing Lab Renovations”, will be received until 14:00:00, Thursday, the 21st day of March, 2019, by aodbt architecture + interior design at their office located at 235 Avenue D North in Saskatoon.

Bids will be opened immediately by the Owner and aodbt in a private bid opening.  All queries are to be directed to tender@aodbt.com

The work consists of selective demolition and renovations to portions of the 2nd, 3rd, and 6th floors of an existing facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.  A site meeting to tour the existing building and proposed site will take place on Wednesday, March 13th, commencing at 09:00 AM local time.

Bid Documents may be viewed at the Saskatoon, Regina, Prince Albert and North Battleford Construction Associations or obtained from aodbt by submitting a request to tender@aodbt.com  Electronic copies only will be provided.  Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond issued by a recognized bonding company in the amount of 10% of the bid sum. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond as well as a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amounts of 50% of the Contract Amount as soon as the Contract is signed.  The Saskatchewan Indian Institute of Technologies reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted. This project is not bid depository.
