Secure electronic tenders will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and
Procurement 1920 Rose Street, Regina Saskatchewan S4P 0A9 until 2:00 PM
Saskatchewan Time, December 8th, 2022 and will be opened thereafter in
accordance with the Tender documents.Tenders must be submitted via e-mail,
following the Instructions to Bidders included in the Tender documents.

Tender documents will NOT be available via e-mail. Interested bidders may obtain
tender documents from SaskTenders.ca. Drawings will be made available to interested bidders by contacting the consultant, Prakash Consulting Ltd., #4, 210 – 15th Street East, Prince Albert, SK S6V 1G2 Telephone: 306‐922‐2101. Arrangements for distribution of the drawings will be
coordinated with each interested party upon request via email. Printed copies of the bid packages will not be provided for
this process.

The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted and the The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject
any or all tenders received.
