The Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) is seeking to procure qualified engineering consultants to provide construction administration services for a number of passing lane projects across the province through a two-stage RFQ/RFP procurement process.

Project Description: This project involves the construction administration for the construction of five passing lanes on Highway No. 12 from north of Martensville to south of Hepburn; for a total distance of 12.00 km.                            

The Construction Contract H20073 has been advertised.

All prequalified firms that have been evaluated and deemed eligible for this project in Stage 1 (RFQ200077) (the RFQ) are invited to submit a proposal in response to this Stage 2 RFP.

Proponents may only submit one response to each RFP. In the case of multiple submissions to this RFP the last submission will be evaluated.
