CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE and REMOVAL OF ROCK OUTCROPS on various sections of Highway No 102 from approximately 5.7 km north of Missinipe to 28.2 km north of Missinipe; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 2.89 km.
