This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by Saskatchewan Housing Corporation ("SHC") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Prime Consultant (PC) and Design Services for the renovation of Prairie Place, a 54-suite,11-storey building located at 2242 McIntyre Street in Regina SK.

Proponents are to submit their submissions electronically via email to Living Skies Housing Authority (LSHA) on behalf of Saskatchewan Housing Corporation. Paper copies will not be accepted.

A site visit is scheduled for August 6th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.  Interested parties are to meet at the front door of Prairie Place. To attend, please RSVP directly to Gary Frank as soon as possible.

Proposals and questions regarding the RFP must be delivered as described in the attached document noting all deadlines for submissions of proposals and questions.
