Saskatchewan Government Insurance (“SGI”) intends to contract with Environics Analytics on the basis that they are the only vendor able to provide the PRIZM, DemoStats, MoneyMatters, Opticks Numeris, Numeris Membership, WeathScapes Lite, and Enhanced PCCF datasets that meets SGI's requirements for this procurement, as described below.
