The Tender provides for the Supply and Delivery of Equipment - Vehicle Filters in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of this Tender.

It will be the responsibility of the Successful Bidder to maintain a suitable stock of tendered material on hand for prompted delivery when requested.  The quantities list is the estimated three (3) year usage; the Tender will be in effect for a thirty-six (36) month period beginning January 1st. 2026.

The purpose of this Tender is to identify a supplier of equipment filters for the City for a thirty-six (36) month period beginning January 1st, 2026 and concluding December 31st, 2028.
