The City of Melville conducting Reqest for Proposal (RFP) for (1) Ice Resurfacing Machine. 

DUE TO COVID-19, the City of Melville Community Services Department will not be accepting paper bid submissions. ONLY electronic bid submissions will be accepted. Any responses submitted after the closing time will not be accepted. Date and time stamps on received emails to the email address below will be the final and sole indication of submissions received on time. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to ensure that all emails are received prior to the deadline. 

Bidders are encouraged to request a delivery receipt and a read receipt. (read receipts will only be sent after the closing time to ensure fair trade practices)

Emails must be received no later than 12:00 pm (local time) on August 19th, 2020.

Proposal must be emailed to cbruce@melville.ca any other emailed proposals to City of Melville emails will NOT be accepted.
