This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Sewage Removal Services as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A).
The expected outcomes of this competition are:
- Reduce potential for soil, surface and groundwater pollution
- Improved efficiency of services
- Greater access to professional services
