The objective of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to retain a Bidder with demonstrated law enforcement policy expertise to support the comprehensive review, consolidation, updating, and redevelopment of the PAPS Policy and Procedure Manual. This work will support the ongoing Policy Audit & Update Project, including the transition from legacy policy documents to a modernized, consolidated policy framework housed within the PowerDMS policy management platform.
