The work consists of repointing and cleaning of the Swift Current Court House as per drawing and specifications, available for download on Saskatchewan Tenders.
Tender documents will NOT be available via e-mail.
Sealed tenders will be received by the Ministry of Central Services, 1920 Rose Street, Regina, Saskatchewan, until 2:00 PM CST, May 10, 2018 and will be opened in public immediately thereafter.
Interested general contractors may obtain tender documents from SaskTenders.
A pre-tender site visit has been scheduled. Details are available in the tender documents.
Tender documents may also be viewed at Construction Association offices.
Tenders must be accompanied by consent of surety and certified cheque or bid bond.
The Ministry of Central Services reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
