The City of Humboldt municipal government is acting as a buyer and a customer by issuing a request for quotation (RFQ) from natural gas retailers. The RFQ includes the request by the City to receive options to purchase natural gas for a twelve-month, 36-month, and 60-month periods all commencing on the 1st of November 2025.

The City asks reputable natural gas Retailers to provide an honest and fair quotation (or presentation of offer) that is compliant with any and all relevant Saskatchewan legislation and procedures as deemed applicable by SaskEnergy, which delivers natural gas to the City. All offers shall be accurate to any representation made to price, delivery, payment terms and conditions, quality and value of services, source(s) of supply and quantity, performance, warranty conditions and other information provided.
