The IPD team for this project is specifically looking to tender out the
existing sludge pile removal from site and relocate it to the neighboring Landfill site via a unit
price contract.
Optional work for this tender is the Excavation, Granular Slab Preparation, Granular Backfill,
Native Backfill and Removal of Excess Material from Site from Site. The team would prefer to
contract all of the above work to one contractor under one contract however if pricing is not
advantageous to the team, subsequent tenders maybe be required.
