The City of Lloydminster (City) is seeking a qualified geotechnical consultant (Consultant) to provide materials testing services associated with municipal infrastructure related projects, geotechnical investigations and the subsequent reports and recommendations, as well as resident geotechnical consultant services including but not limited to project meeting attendance, and construction supervision and inspection with respect to geotechnical items, as outlined within Section 3.2.
