Bids for the Town of Imperial - Arena Infrastructure Improvements project will be received through the Bids and Tenders - Online Bidding System up to 2:00 pm local time on Thursday, June 24, 2021.
The work involves the removal of the existing cooling loops and header and sand arena floor and concrete slab, installation of a new heated and cooled and insulated concrete arena floor, new heating and cooling lines and headers, additional concrete work and finishing, new dasher boards, boxes, benches, and netting, and installation of existing salvaged glass.
Contract Documents will be available on the Bids and Tenders website (https://ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca) on or after Tuesday, June 10, 2021. Bidders are required to check for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date and time at the Bids and Tenders website (https://ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca).
An OPTIONAL BIDDERS CONFERENCE will be held at the Imperial Arena at 1pm on June 17, 2021 and will be subject to COVID protocols applicable at that date.
Any changes to the Bid Documentation will be issued by means of written addenda and posted to the Bids and Tenders website and will form part of the Bid. Upon submitting to this Bid, Bidders will be deemed to have received notice of all addenda that have been posted and deemed to have considered the information for inclusion in the tender submitted.

Bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Bond and Consent of Surety Company payable to the Town of Imperial.
