The Provision of LEVO Head Positioner

The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) has a requirement for the provision of LEVO Head Positioner.  The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal the SHA’s intention to award a Purchase Order (PO) for these goods to Integra Canada ULC, 2590 Bristol Circle, unit 1, Oakville, Ontario, L6H 6Z7. Before awarding a PO, however, the SHA is providing other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a statement of capabilities during the ten business day posting period.

A Levó cervical head positioner with the following functions;

Must have electric adjustment to allow seamless movement of the patients head intra-operatively.
Must have dual motion base which provides longitudinal motion. This allows for proper lordosis correction when released for intra-operative adjustments.

It is the SHA’s intention to award the proposed PO for a one-time purchase.
