The City of Saskatoon wishes to contract for Site Development of the Saskatoon Fire Department Regional Training Facility – Phase I.

The City of Saskatoon is preparing the first phase of the site for partial occupation and use by the COS Fire Department by Nov. 30, 2022.  Phase I of the development includes, but is not limited to, shallow utility servicing, site stripping and grading, construction of retention pond and buried storm sewer, potable water servicing, construction of foundations for two buildings, relocation and re-establishment of two existing City owned buildings, large asphalt pad, perimeter site fencing, and access roadway.

All respondents must register on the City’s electronic bidding system at biddingo.com/saskatoon. This will enable the respondent to download the solicitation document, ask questions, receive addenda and email notifications, and submit their bid through the bidding system.
