The Regina Qu’Appelle Regional Health Authority (“RQRHA”) is inviting vendors to provide proposals for the supply of certain services as further outlined in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”

Proposals must be submitted by 2:00 p.m. Saskatchewan time on September 12, 2016 late proposals will be rejected.  The deadline for receipt of proposals may be extended by the RQRHA by way of addendum.  Vendors are solely responsible to ensure their proposals are delivered on time.

Addenda to this RFP, if any, will be posted on SASK TENDERS and/or such other electronic tendering system as this RFP may have been originally posted on.  Whether to issue any addenda, and the timing of any addenda issued, is to be determined by the RQRHA in its sole discretion.

Two (2) paper copies of the proposal and two (2) electronic flash drive copies of the proposal must be delivered to the attention of Materials Management at the address set forth below.
