The RM of McLeod #185 is currently inviting quotes for a bridge project for bridge #210-20-36 E in Division 6, located at SW 31-20-09 W2.  The bridge is currently closed due to heaving and the proposed fix is to install two 5 foot by 56 foot culverts, demolish the current bridge, pack the grade in 6 inch lifts, clean up the site.  Your quote should exclude the cost of culverts and the gravel.   Please submit your tender by mail to RM of McLeod #185, Box 130  Neudorf, SK   S0A 2T0 or please email your quote to rm185@sasktel.net with the subject line:  Bob's Bridge.  Emails will go directly into a tender folder and will remain unopened until 9:00 am on Wednesday, July 10th, 2019.   Please be advised that the lowest price may not be the one chosen.   Thank you in advance for your interest in this project.

a.     Proof of Liability Insurance in the amount of $5,000,000

b.     Proof of good standing with Worker’s Compensation Board

c.     Proof of good standing with Canada Revenue Agency

d.     Sask Finance PST Clearance

e.     Equipment and Labour Rates

f.      Schedule and Milestone Dates

g.     A List of Any and All Subcontractors

The  owner is responsible for securing the appropriate Aquatic and Fish and Wildlife Permits and this project is on hold until that has been completed due to some unforseen complications.
