SIGA Drug & Alcohol Detection Services -- 24-319696-ITT

The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) seeks to engage a vendor to provide Drug & Alcohol Detection Services on an if and when needed basis, as provided in the ITT document. The successful Bidder shall provide Drug & Alcohol Detection services, for SIGA’s Central Office and seven (7) SIGA casino sites located throughout Saskatchewan and listed below.
SIGA would be looking to retain the successful Supplier for a period of two (2) years with three (3) annual renewal options for a total maximum term of five (5) years in the form of a Services Agreement.

Scope of work:
The scope of work (hereinafter referred to as the “Work”) involves providing the services and meeting the specifications noted below. The Work is not intended to be all-inclusive but sets out SIGA’s minimum expectations. The Work shall include the following elements:
1. The successful Bidder shall provide drug detection services for Pre-access Post-incident and Reasonable Cause or on-demand for safety-sensitive positions for SIGA employees. Testing to detect the presence of Alcohol, Marijuana and all other illicit drugs in the workplace.
2. The successful Bidder shall have Drug Screening facilities within close proximity of each of SIGA’s seven (7) Casino locations, as well as a Screening facility for SIGA’s Central Office
3. Must coordinate with SIGA HR delegate for any instructions prior to providing the services
4. The successful Bidder must be able to provide a detailed description of the services provided.
5. The successful Bidder must be able to provide proper handling and administering procedures when testing for Alcohol, Marijuana and all other illicit drugs.
6. The services shall be performed by the supplier at the sole decision of SIGA.
7. The successful Bidder must be able to complete and submit a drug test analysis report electronically transmitted to the concerned personnel within four (4) business days of performing the tests. As well as provide reports/communication to appropriate SIGA staff on the outcome of tests performed.
8. The tests shall be performed within a three (3) hour timeframe during or after the regular working hours. The working hours for SIGA central office and operations office are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The working hours for the Casinos are 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
