The work includes the construction of a 110' x 60'  RM Shop Building. Two options will be pursued:

a) Pre-Engineered Steel building including grade beam and pilings

b) Wood Post framed Construction

SEALED bids must be submitted to the RM of Milden No. 286 at 113 Centre Street, Milden Sk., S0L 2L0 by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday August 7th, 2018 and will be opened publicly at the office of the Municipality on Wednesday, August 8th, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.

Bid and Construction specifications are available at the Municipal Office.

All site preparations will be completed by the Municipality.

Please use Tender Documents provided by the Municipality.

Building is to include a Mezzaine for storage.
