This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Respondents to establish a prequalified list of suppliers, who can provide the Corrugated Steel Pipe (CSP), on and “if and when needed” basis, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A).  This RFSQ is a continuous onboarding process.
