The RM of Coteau, No 255 invites tenders on the crushing of road gravel for 2019. Approximately 12,000 cubic yards of road gravel needs to be crushed and stockpiled by the end of August 2019. 

Pit location: SE-21-26-07-W3

Please provide the following:

price per cubic yard of crushed road gravel

price per cubic yard of reject (screened) gravel

price per hour for any required stripping

price on any and all other costs

Please provide a minimum of two RM’s that you have recently crushed gravel for as references.

Tenders must include proof of minimum $2 million liability insurance and a letter of good standing from the Saskatchewan Workers Compensation Board.

Only sealed tenders clearly marked “Crushing Tender” on the envelope will be received at the RM of Coteau municipal office in Birsay, SK until 9:00am local time, April 16, 2019.

The finished piles will be measured and payment will be based on that measurement. Payment will be made at the first Council meeting following the measurement of the piles.

Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted and the RM of Coteau, No 255 reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.
