The Evergreen Convention Centre (Town of Nipawin) is soliciting proposals from interested vendors with entrepreneurial spirit to provide premier food and beverage services.  The ideal proposal is an Operator with the capacity to manage the entire food and beverage services, excluding the golf course concession operation and on-course food/beverage services, with added value services for customers.
