Sealed tenders for the interior Painting Renovation of Regency Gardens located on Regency Crescent and Third Avenue North, Regina, Saskatchewan will be received at the office of Living Skies Housing Authority, Suite #101, 1916 Dewdney Avenue, Regina, S4R 1G9 until 2:00 p.m. local Regina time, Tuesday, December 8, 2020, on behalf of the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation.

Description of the Work: Saskatchewan Housing Corporation will be renovating 89 units over a period of 3.5 years in 3 phases. The Tender shall be based upon the Phase One (I) Painting Renovation of 20 – three-bedroom units and 11- four-bedroom units for a total of thirty-one (31) two story town-house units located on Regency Crescent and Third Avenue North, Regina, Saskatchewan. This work is scheduled to begin on Monday, December 14, 2020. Phase Two (II) comprised of 31 units and Phase Three (III) comprised of 25 units will be tendered at a later date. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from Sask Tenders or the Regina Construction Association.

There will be a mandatory site review meeting on Thursday, December 3, 2020 at 60 minute intervals starting at 9:00 a.m. located at 3803 Third Avenue North, Regina. Because of the COVID-19 situation these will be an individual walkthrough with each interested party and you must register ahead for an appointment by calling 306-787-7832. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to subcontractors.
