SaskEnergy is committed to the promotion of the industrial and economic growth of the NWPTA region.  To this end, this ITT will be limited to bidders who are NWPTA region suppliers.  A NWPTA region supplier must meet one of the following criteria:

a person resident in the NWPTA region;
a business that is constituted, established, or organized under the laws of British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba or Saskatchewan; or
a business that both maintains a location and employs staff within the NWPTA region.

SaskEnergy will only accept bids from bidders who are NWPTA region suppliers.  Bidders should provide SaskEnergy with information demonstrating it is a NWPTA region supplier.  SaskEnergy has the sole, absolute and final discretion and authority to determine whether a bidder is a NWPTA region supplier.
