This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Social Services (MSS), to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Short Term Community Based Home (STCBH) services as further described in the NRFP Particulars (Appendix A).

MSS is seeking supplier(s) to provide services for two (2) STCBH both located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.  Each STCBH will be available to provide services for up to five (5) children per home, ages 0-11 who are in the care of MSS and receiving services under the Child and Family Services Act.

Interested Proponents have the opportunity to submit a response for one (1) or two (2) of the five (5) space group homes. More information about how to submit a response for the specified proposal can be found in Section E. Submission Guidelines.

MSS will consider submissions from non-profit Community Based Organizations (CBOs), for-profit agencies and Indigenous Child and Family Service Agencies.

Preference will be given to Indigenous organizations or CBOs with experience providing caregiver services to children. In addition, preference will be given to organizations that take into consideration the Truth and Reconciliation Commission’s Calls to Action to provide a culturally appropriate environment and demonstrate a practice that supports the cultural well-being of children and families.
