Bids for the “Town of Fort Qu’Appelle, Rexentre Infrastructure Improvements" will be received through the Bids and Tenders – Online Bidding System up to 2:00 p.m. local time on July 27, 2021 at https://ae-sk.bidsandtenders.ca
The work involves infrastructure improvements to upgrade existing recreational facilities, HVAC, washrooms and changerooms, and electrical systems.
Bidders are required to check for any updated information and addenda issued before the closing date and time at the Bids and Tenders website. Any changes to the Bid Documentation will be issued by means of written addenda and posted to the Bids and Tenders website and will form part of the Bid. No amendment of any kind to the tender is effective unless it is posted in a formal written addendum.

An Optional Bidders’ Briefing is scheduled for 10:00 AM, July 20, 2021 at the Town of Fort Qu’Appelle Rexentre and is subject to the COVID restrictions at that date. Access to the site outside of this meeting is not guaranteed and no claim shall be made for inability of access.
Bids must be accompanied by the specified Bid Bond and Consent of Surety Company payable to the Town of Fort Qu’Appelle.
The lowest or any bid will not necessarily be accepted. Project funding is limited by federal funding, and tenders above the approved project funding will not be necessarily accepted. The Town of Fort Qu’Appelle reserves the right to negotiate scope and schedule with any, all, or no bidders, to assist the project fit the funding.
