This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by Innovation Saskatchewan to prospective proponents to provide submissions for the provision of general contracting services for the Tenant Decanting Project.  The successful proponent will provide contracting services to renovate approximately 50,000 square feet of office space across multiple suites located within three different buildings at Innovation Place.  All suites are to be renovated simultaneously. The scope of work also includes the construction of two universal washrooms in one of the three buildings.

A mandatory site visit has been scheduled to allow proponents to review the Place of work on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 1:00 pm. Proponents should meet at the main floor security desk at 15 Innovation Boulevard.
