Scope of Work:  To provide all labor, material, licenses and equipment necessary to acquire and implement a replacement for the current ICS/OT Visibility and Threat Detection Solution, which is a Cybersecurity tool used to monitor/detect, vulnerabilities and threats in the OT environment. The solution will provide value to SaskEnergy through the active monitoring system configuration, software and security. It has to detect and report on changes made to the SCADA operational environment and will be a source for security and change management investigations.

In addition, the proposed solution:

a. Must not require inbound/outbound direct internet connectivity for any of its functionality;
b. Must passively monitor network communications via SPAN traffic;
c. Must be commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS).
d. The vendor must have implemented the proposed solution in the OT (operational technology) network of a critical infrastructure industry, specifically the energy industry, in North America within the past 5 years.
