The RM of Moose Creek No. 33 invites Sealed Request for Proposals for solutions to a collapsed low level crossing located West of Sec 36 TWP 06 RNG 02 W2M will be accepted by the RM until 4:00 P.M., Tuesday, July13, 2021. 

The lowest or any proposal not necessarily accepted and the Rural Municipality of Moose Creek No. 33 reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

The crossing has been closed to traffic since 2011 for safety reasons

The Moose Creek runs through the existing crossing, and any potential solution must have the Department of Fisheries and Oceans approval before proceeding.
Council would like to see the costs of engineering/design/supervision/tender preparation and the estimated costs of construction.
A feasibility study and survey was done in 2011 (see attached)
