Bids must be submitted and digitally timestamped as received by the undersigned before 2:00pm, Central Standard Time, Thursday January 29th, 2025. Bids will be opened privately as soon as reasonably possible after closing.

The work consists of removing and disposing of existing roofing materials, prior to the installation of a new SBS roofing system; which includes but is not limited to new roof drains, modifications to plumbing vents, modifications to parapets, modifications to mechanical curbs.  All work to be performed as described in the Contract Documents.

There is an optional site visit scheduled for Thursday January 15th at 4:00pm at Wildwood School.

Questions about the tender should be directed to jerrad.worona@kaa.ca.  Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price.

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and will not necessarily accept the lowest bid.
