Human Resource Management System -- RFSQ-01-18

SGI is conducting this Request for Supplier Qualifications for Human Resource Management Systems.

 

SGI’s intent is to implement a full end-to-end software-as-a-service (SaaS) HR solution.  An HRMS is considered foundational not only for daily business functions but critical within functional delivery areas such as management and employee self service, succession planning, workforce planning, performance development (PD), staffing, on-boarding, attendance management, learning management, and compensation management, among other areas. Having all programs integrated allows for one view of the employee and connectivity to our people data and functions.  SGI desires to move away from a more traditional solution based on transactional functions to a modern SaaS human resource management system (HRMS).
