Tenders will be accepted at 303 47th Street East, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Each tender must be submitted in a sealed enveloped marked "RM315-2024-02 Tender" and addressed "Attention: Brian Stang".

Emailed tenders will also be accepted to b.stang@prairieroadsolutions.ca with " RM315-2025-02 Tender" clearly identified in the subject line. Each bidder shall receive an email reply notifying them that their bid has been received. If they do not receive a reply, bidders are encouraged to follow up to ensure on time submission of their bid. Confidentiality of e-mailed documents cannot be guaranteed, and the Bidder assumes all risks associated with these forms of communication.

The tender will close on October 31, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. C.S.T.  There will not be a public tender opening. Bidders will receive an email upon award of the Contract with the final tender results.
