Upgrades to Boundary-Rafferty Control Structure -- WSA-2024-25OE-0072
The Boundary-Rafferty control structure is located 5 km west of the City of Estevan, SK and is used to control the diversion of flow from Boundary Reservoir to Rafferty Reservoir.
The scope of the work is to provide contracting services to:
a) Supply and install handrail, vehicle gates, and chain link security fencing
b) Supply and install public safety signage
c) Supply and install rip rap, rip rap bedding, and complete other earthworks-related improvements both upstream, downstream, and on the embankment structure
a. Including Care of Water to isolate downstream earthworks from any water in the channel
d) Complete work to modify and extend downstream wing walls
e) Supply and install new miscellaneous steel work for new
a. Bulkheads
b. Bulkhead lifting superstructure (including rigging and electric hoists)
c. Upstream walkway
f) Supply and install electrical upgrades
