The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement is accepting proposals for the provision of office, storage, anciliary, and parking space in the City of North Battleford, Saskatchewan. Some requirements for the leased space are set forth below, but for a full description, see the attached RFP document.
The approximate area required is a total minimum Usable Area of 660 square metres (7,104.17 ft2), comprised as follows:
Office Space Component - Usable Area of 180 square metres (1,937.50 ft2) of BOMA Usable Area
Storage Space Component - Usable Area of 120 square metres (1,291.67 ft2) of BOMA Usable Area.
Anciliary Space Component - Usable Area of 360 square metres (3,875.00 ft2) of BOMA Usable Area.
In addition, the Ministry requires 25 automobile parking stalls (with block heater) on a .5 acre secure compound.
The proposal shall be made on the standard offer form provided by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (attached) and, preference will be given to proponents that can perform the required tenant improvements (TI’s) and amortize such costs into the lease for the duration of it.
