Sealed tenders for Park Manor Housing Boiler Replacement in Lumsden, Sk, will be received at the office of HDA Engineering Ltd. until 2:00 p.m. (CST), Thursday, October 31st, 2024.

A (mandatory) site walk through for Contractors will be held on Tuesday, October 22nd, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. The walk through will take place at Park Manor Housing. The address is 120 Ross Street, Lumsden, Saskatchewan, S0G 3C0. Meet at the boiler room entrance which is behind the building off Ross Street. Any access to the site must be in accordance with the Housing Authority Requirements. All contractors shall notify HDA Engineering Ltd. a minimum of 24 hours prior to the walkthrough of their intention to attend. Tenders must be submitted on the form furnished by the Consultant. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from: HDA Engineering Ltd., 2334 8th Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan (306-525-9815). All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in 10% of the bid.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Tenders will be accepted from qualified Mechanical Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. These reservations shall apply equally to Sub-Contractors.
