The RFP is to provide Facilitation Services for a Regionalized Emergency Plan Development.

The selected firm or individual will be required to perform Community Assessment and Gap Analysis, Provide Community AGA Report and Recommendations.

Provide Training Sessions on Incident Command System 402, 200 and 300, Basic Emergency Management, and Emergency Operations Center.

Provide Regionalized Emergency Planning by developing a Regionalized Emergency Plan, and Emergency Operations Center.

Provide Regionalized planning validation by Regional Plan Tabletop Exercises and Regional Full Scale Emergency Exercise.

Validation After Action Report and Final Review. 

Provide Tender Breakdown:

The Proponent must submit a fee proposal as a fixed price for each of the items noted:

1. Community Assessment and Gap Analysis (AGA)
