The intent of this RFQ is to solicit summary qualifications from Respondents to provide professional architectural and engineering services relative to the renewal of an existing building to accommodate a multi-tenant, multi-use space at Innovation Place, Saskatoon. The anticipated multi-use renewal will create office, laboratory, and light industrial high bay space.

Innovation Place is seeking to engage the services of the following professional consultants at this time. Architectural Consultant, Mechanical Enginerring Consultant, and Electrical Engineering Consultant. The Architectural Consultant will also be the Coordinationg Consultant.
