Submissions marked “CHU1245- Landfill Assessment, Closure, Cover Design, and Tendering Project” will be received by The Town of Churchbridge, Box 256, 116 Vincent Ave W, Churchbridge, Saskatchewan, S0A 0M0, no later than 12:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (SK), on November 29, 2019.

This project will decommission the Churchbridge Landfill. Please see the attachment for the four specific tasks related to the project. Please provide an estimated cost for each task when submitting a proposal by fax, email, or mail.

The Site is located within SE 29-11-32 W1M approximately 1.6 kilometers North of the Town of Churchbridge. The site was established in 1973, when municipal solid waste, construction, and demolition waste were accepted. The site was closed in 2014. Other materials accepted include clean wood, yard waste, and scrap metal. The site originally serviced six municipalities: the Town of Churchbridge, Town of Langenburg, Town of Bredenbury, RM of Churchbridge, RM of Langenburg, and the RM of Saltcoats.

On December 16, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., at the Town Council Meeting held at 116 Vincent Ave W, Council Chambers, Town Office, for discussing all tenders received in camera. Town Council will decide on a tender based on cost, previous cliental (references), communication skills, and quality of services.

Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by:

~Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement
~Chapter 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement

There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
