This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), Ministry of Corrections, Policing and Public Safety (CPPS) to prospective Proponents to provide submissions for the provision of Consulting Services for the Saskatchewan Marshals Service (SMS) Governance Advisory Council (Council), as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

CPPS is seeking competitive proposals to research and recommend a framework for the SMS Governance Advisory Council. The Successful Supplier will be responsible for creating materials to guide the Minister and Council and may be responsible to provide support for up to six months.
