Research To Develop an Intergovernmental Collaborative Framework for Historic Place Conservation -- RFP0001HCB
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Research to Support Development of an Intergovernmental Collaborative Framework for Historic Places Conservation as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).
Subject to provincial budget approval, the Ministry of Parks, Culture and Sport (PCS) wishes to contract the services of a consultant to conduct research and analysis and provide a report that identifies programs, projects, tools or other resources (hereinafter “initiatives”) that would improve the conservation of historic places in Canada and could be delivered through a collaboration of federal, provincial and territorial governments. The report will also include recommendations for the administrative structure(s) through which the different levels of government could work together to deliver the identified initiatives.
Submission of all contract deliverables is required no later than October 16, 2026.
